This included feedback from TMR & AAPA members on new, high value systems and
products with a focus on sharing and learning to improve quality outcomes, better value
for money products and improved performance binders, seals and structural layers.

programing and constraints.  This included the minimum demand to facilitate the
introduction of the new and improved binders and surfacing systems available in the
SEQ.
