The technology transfer of “Enrobés à Module Élevé” (EME) from France to
Australia has taken off.  Local hard binder and  aggregates have been sent
to France and mixes developed for two of AAPA’s members. The demonstration
placement of these mixes has happened in Queensland and soon in New South
Wales.

A feedback session by  Boral, BCC, QTMR, ARRB and AAPA took place on 24
March at the Brisbane Airport Novotel providing details of the mix design
process local testing and learnings from EME placement.
